Who We Are

Southern Fox Designs is a small, two person print shop based at 2667 US 69 S, Greenville, TX 75402. We make direct to film transfers, stickers, banners and shirts for people who like to make things. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit southernfoxdesigns.com or place an order with us, why we collect it and what we do with it afterwards. We have written it in plain English on purpose, because you should not need a law degree to understand what happens to your own details. By using our site, you agree to what is described here.

Information You Give Us

Most of what we hold is information you hand us yourself. When you place an order we ask for your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number. When you create an account we store your login details and your order history, so you do not have to type everything again next time. When you sign up for our newsletter we keep your email address. When you contact us by phone, email or through the contact form, we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you properly. If you upload artwork for a job, we store that file so we can print it. We only ask for what we genuinely need to get your order printed and out the door.

Information We Collect Automatically

Like almost every website, ours picks up some technical information on its own. That includes your IP address, the browser and device you are using, your operating system, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed and which site sent you our way. None of this tells us who you are by name. We use it to see which pages people find useful, to spot problems and to keep the store running smoothly.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files that sit on your device and help our site remember you. Some are necessary: without them your cart would empty every time you clicked a new page. Others help us count visitors and understand how people move around the store. A few are used for advertising, which is why our fox may turn up in an ad after you have been browsing transfers. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. If you switch off the necessary ones, parts of our store will stop working the way they should.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to take your order, print it, pack it and send it to you. We use it to email you confirmations, tracking numbers and updates when something changes. We use it to answer your questions and sort out problems. We use it to spot fraud and protect both the shop and our customers. If you have asked to hear from us, we use your email address to send news about new designs, printing tips and offers. We do not sell your personal information to anybody. We never have, and we are not about to start.

Your Artwork and Files

Any design you upload stays yours. We do not claim ownership of your artwork, we do not sell it, and we do not print it for anyone else. We hold your file for a short while after your order so we can reprint it if something goes wrong or if you come back for more of the same. If you want it deleted sooner, just ask and we will. Please remember that by uploading a file you are telling us you have the right to use it. We cannot print artwork that belongs to someone else without permission, including licensed characters, team logos and brand marks.

Payments

We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by trusted processors who are held to strict industry security standards. They pass us only the bare minimum, such as confirmation that the payment cleared and the last four digits of the card, so we can match a payment to an order and handle refunds. Their own privacy terms apply to that step, and we would encourage you to read them.

How We Share Information

We share your details only with the people who help us run the business. That means the carriers who need your address to deliver your parcel, our payment processors, our website and email platforms, and our accountant. Each of them gets only what they need for their part of the job. We may also share information when the law requires it, such as a valid court order, or when we need to protect our rights or somebody's safety. If the business is ever sold or merged, customer information may pass to the new owner, and we would tell you before that happened.

Email and Text Marketing

You only hear from us if you asked to. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works straight away. If you sign up for text messages you can stop them by replying STOP. Leaving our marketing list does not affect your order emails, because those are part of the service you paid for.

How Long We Keep Things

We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax, accounting and warranty reasons, which is usually several years. We keep account details until you ask us to close your account. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. After that, we delete or anonymize what we hold.

Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections, limited access and secure, reputable platforms. Only the two of us actually handle customer information day to day, which keeps the circle small. Even so, no website on earth is completely bulletproof. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as quickly as the law requires.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to tell us to stop using it for marketing. You can also ask us not to sell or share your personal information, though as we said, we do not sell it anyway. To make any of these requests, email info@southernfoxdesigns.com or call 903-781-0453. We will confirm who you are first, then handle it within the time frame the law allows. We will never treat you differently for asking.

Children

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.

Links to Other Sites

Our pages sometimes link out to other websites. Once you click through you are on their turf and their privacy rules apply. We cannot control what they do with your information, so it is worth reading their policies too.

Changes to This Policy

As the shop grows, this policy may need updating. When we change it we will post the new version here and move the date at the top. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the update.
